The way I see inner beauty has to be clarified with the way we sometimes see ourselves. No matter the amount of actual beauty/talent ect you may have, the tendancy to look down into the depth of your faults is human nature. To combat this depression, I always think of those who I admired, who shaped me, and who I aspire to be like. It's the family and friends inside us that give us so much of ourselves, the parts that we don't want hidden in shadow. The people who supported and loved us can always be seen, even through the shadows, staring back in the mirror if we only choose to see. So yeah. I'm not really sure what to tell you about the composition. It just looks too zoomed in/too close, or something...the colors seem a little uneven with all the black in the lower right corner...I dunno. I usually try to offer some critique if I can, so yeah

Never be afraid to be yourself, 'cause those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
"Talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish." - Euripides
Not considering your obvious mastery of your chosen media, there are two aspects in the pic that I especially enjoy. They both have to do with the poses.
First, I love the pleasant mood of the dialogue that ensues from evenly tilted heads. Simple and efficient.
Second, the dark of the right side brings lots of depth to the picture. First my eyes catch the light human skin of the woman in front, then proceed to the darker area of the older woman, and then, almost as an afterthought, there's darkness.
That takes me somewhere
But I do like this picture, and I like the idea behind it. It is hard to see so much wrong with yourself; I know I do!
good job!
